Wine Faults Class: Ever wonder about what faults might be lurking in your wine ?
We all know about cork taint but what about other classic wine faults ?
This class will educate you on many of the classic wine faults including
oxidation, reduction, volatile acidity and others. A combination of
aroma kits and actual faulted wines will be explored. Tickets
are $45 for the public and $40 for Club members, They can be obtaine
