Come and enjoy a beautiful evening at Carriage House.  Our very own club member and chef Greg Greenberg will be putting together a wine pairing evening for you to enjoy.  This will be based on his recent bookbook "Kitchen Expressions" which gives a number of examples of pairing Virginia wines including ours. We will be opening both rooms in the tasting area for this special event.  You'll all have the opportunity to speak with Chef Greenberg as he prepares these dishes to be matched with our wines.  We will be offering a charcuterie board, appetizers, small plates And a dessert.

Single varietal expressions are a rarity outside Virginia.  In this class we will explore Petit Verdot's from Virginia, Bordeaux, Uruguay, South Africa, and Italy.   These are hard to find wines especially the 100% Petite Verdot Bordeaux included in this class.
